​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We are dedicated to your satisfaction and want you to love your portrait as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: You may initiate a return within [number] days of receiving your portrait. To be eligible for a return, the portrait must be in its original condition, free from any damage or signs of wear.

  3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the portrait. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned portrait, we will process your refund within [number] business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Exchanges:

Exceptions:

  • Custom portraits are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • In the case of a damaged or defective portrait, please contact our customer care team within [number] days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
